A former school teacher, Daryll Harris Griffin left a successful career as the Regional Manager of Personnel Operations with Xerox Corporation to found Accolades, Inc. in 1990.
With her human resource experience and passion for both learning and teaching, Daryll has built a company focused on creating strong ROI and brand-building experiences to client companies of all sizes. Accolades, Inc has been recognized and received national level honors for their work with clients of all sizes.
